Who owns the code, and what happens if we stop working together?
You do. The source code, database and server accounts are handed over in your name, with documentation. If you hire your own developers later or switch vendors, they can pick up where we left off.
We use mainstream technology on purpose: React, Node.js, Laravel, PostgreSQL and MySQL. There are plenty of developers in Nepal who know these tools, so you're never locked in to us.
