Why we publish guides at all

Most of what we write starts as a question a client asked us: how much SEO costs, whether to use WordPress, how to pay Facebook from Nepal. Writing the answer down properly saves the next person a phone call, and it shows how we think before anyone pays us.

We want these pages to be useful even if you never hire us. That's the test we use before publishing: would this help a business owner in Butwal or Dhangadhi make a better decision on their own?

Who writes and reviews

Guides are written by the person on our team closest to the work: SEO and marketing topics by our SEO and digital marketing lead, website, hosting and software topics by our technical directors. A second team member reviews every page before it goes live. Both names appear on service pages, and the author's name appears on every guide, linked to their profile on our team page.

Where our numbers come from

  • Prices: our own quotes and packages, compared against rates other Nepali agencies publish. We give ranges, because real prices depend on scope.
  • Market data: public reports such as DataReportal's Digital 2026: Nepal, cited by name on the page.
  • Search demand: Google Nepal autocomplete and 'People also ask', plus keyword tools like Ahrefs and Semrush.
  • Rules and laws: the office that sets them, such as Nepal Rastra Bank, the Office of Company Registrar or the Department of Commerce. We tell you to check the latest notice, because these change.
  • Our own results: only from real client projects, and only with their permission.

Rules we follow

  • No invented statistics, client names, reviews or testimonials.
  • No guaranteed rankings. Nobody controls Google, and we say so.
  • Plain English. If a technical term is needed, we explain it or link to our glossary.
  • Legal and financial topics are practical guides, not legal or financial advice, and we say that on the page.
  • When we recommend our own service, we say it's ours. When a cheaper option or a competitor's tool fits better, we say that too.
  • AI tools can help with research and first drafts, but a person on our team checks every fact, rewrites it in our own words and is accountable for what's published.

How we keep pages up to date

Every guide and service page shows the date it was last checked. We review prices and platform rules at least every six months, and sooner when something big changes: a Google algorithm update, a new NRB circular, or a change in Meta's ad rules. Old information is corrected in place, not left with a note at the bottom.

Found a mistake?

Tell us. Email [email protected] or message us on WhatsApp with the page link and what's wrong. We check every report, fix confirmed errors within a few working days and update the page date.

Questions

Do you use AI to write your content?

We use AI tools for research and rough drafts, like most teams now. Every published page is rewritten, fact-checked and approved by a named person on our team, who's responsible for it.

Are your prices real?

Yes. Package prices on our pricing page are what we charge, excluding VAT. Price ranges in guides cover the wider Nepali market and are marked as ranges.

Can I quote or share your guides?

Yes, please link to the page you're quoting. Don't copy whole articles.

Do you accept paid guest posts or sponsored links?

No. We don't sell links or sponsored placements on this site.

Have a question we haven't answered?

Send a few lines about your business. We reply within one working day with questions, a rough budget and a timeline. No obligation.
