How we work and measure results

The process, project by project
- 1Day 1
Discovery call
We ask what you want more of (calls, bookings, sales, applications) and look at your current site, Google listing and ads.
- 21–3 days
Written scope and price
Pages, features, deliverables, timeline and price in writing. Nothing starts until you agree to it.
- 31–8 weeks
Build or set up
You get a staging link or a shared plan, and can comment as we go rather than seeing everything at the end.
- 4Launch week
Launch and handover
Tracking is checked, you get logins for everything, and a short walkthrough of how to update your site.
- 5Ongoing
Monthly improvement
For SEO and marketing: a monthly plan, the work itself, and a report with what changed and what's next.
The numbers we judge ourselves by
Rankings and likes are easy to report and easy to fake. We track them, but we put the numbers that pay your bills first. Before we start, we agree which of these matter for you and set up tracking for them.
| Service | Main measure | Supporting measures |
|---|---|---|
| SEO | Enquiries and sales from organic search | Clicks, rankings for agreed keywords, Google Maps actions |
| Google and Meta ads | Cost per enquiry or purchase | Click-through rate, conversion rate, spend vs budget |
| Social media | Messages and leads from social | Reach in your city, saves, shares, follower quality |
| Websites | Enquiry rate and load speed | Core Web Vitals, uptime, form and WhatsApp clicks |
| AI search (GEO) | Mentions in ChatGPT, Gemini and AI Overviews | Referral visits from AI tools, branded searches |
What's in a monthly report
- One page summary in plain language: what happened, why, and what we'll do next month
- Enquiries, calls and sales by channel, compared with last month and last year
- Work completed: pages written, fixes made, campaigns changed
- What didn't work, and what we're changing because of it
- Live dashboards from Google Analytics, Search Console and Ads Manager that you can open any time
You own everything
Your domain, hosting account, website code, Google Business Profile, Search Console, Analytics and ad accounts are set up in your business's name, with us added as a manager. If you ever leave, you keep all of it. Some agencies register the domain or ad account in their own name, which makes switching painful; we don't.
Communication
- One named contact for your project, on WhatsApp during office hours (Sunday to Friday, 10am–5pm)
- Replies within one working day, usually much faster
- A call or office visit at Putalisadak for kick-off and reviews, video calls for clients outside the valley
- Big decisions confirmed in writing, so nobody has to remember what was said on a call
What we won't promise
- First page on Google by a date: nobody can guarantee that
- A fixed number of backlinks or followers per month: numbers like that encourage spam
- Results from a budget too small to do the job: we'll tell you if that's the case
Questions
Do you lock clients into long contracts?
Websites are one-off projects paid in milestones. SEO and marketing are billed monthly. We do ask you to give SEO at least six months before judging it, because that's how long rankings usually take to move.
How soon will I see results?
Ads can bring enquiries in the first week. Local SEO and Google Maps often improve within one to three months; competitive national keywords usually take four to eight months.
Can I see the work before I approve it?
Yes. Website designs and builds are shared on a staging link, and content is sent for approval before it's published.
Do you work with businesses outside Kathmandu?
Yes, all over Nepal and abroad. Most clients outside the valley work with us over WhatsApp and video calls.
Start with a written scope
Send a few lines about your business. We reply within one working day with questions, a rough budget and a timeline. No obligation.
