Technical SEO in Nepal at a glance
You can have the best content in your industry and still not rank if Google can't read it. We see this constantly with modern JavaScript websites in Nepal: the page looks perfect in a browser, but the HTML Google first receives is empty.
Most SEO agencies hand you a 90-page audit and leave the fixing to your developer. We're a development team as well as an SEO team, so we fix the problems ourselves: server-side rendering, redirect chains, slow images, broken schema.
Problems we fix
Pages not indexed
Search Console shows "Crawled, currently not indexed" for half your site.
Slow Core Web Vitals
LCP over 4 seconds and layout shifts on mobile.
JavaScript-only content
Single-page apps that send crawlers an empty page.

Why isn't my website showing on Google?
The usual reasons are that Google hasn't indexed it (no sitemap, a stray noindex tag, or blocked in robots.txt), the site renders content with JavaScript that Google struggles with, pages are duplicates or too thin, or the domain is very new with no links pointing to it.
Start with Search Console's Pages report. It tells you exactly which pages are indexed and why others aren't. We regularly find sites where a developer left 'discourage search engines' switched on in WordPress after launch, which hides the whole site from Google.
Single-page React sites are another common culprit in Nepal. They look fine in a browser but send Google an empty page that needs JavaScript to fill in. Prerendering or server-side rendering fixes it, and it's how this website is built.
- Check indexing in Search Console
- Remove stray noindex tags
- Submit an XML sitemap
- Make sure content is in the HTML
- Fix duplicate and thin pages
What does a technical SEO audit include?
A full crawl of your site, an indexing review in Search Console, Core Web Vitals and mobile checks, structured data validation, redirects and broken links, duplicate content, internal linking, and a prioritised fix list ranked by impact.
We crawl with Screaming Frog, compare against what Google actually indexed, and test real page speed with Lighthouse and field data. The output is a short list ordered by impact and effort, not a 90-page PDF nobody reads. On our 'Full audit + fix' plan, we implement the fixes ourselves.
Will moving or redesigning my website hurt rankings?
It can, if URLs change without redirects or content is removed. Done carefully, with every old URL redirected to its new equivalent, content preserved and Search Console monitored, a migration usually holds rankings and often improves them.
We map every old URL before launch, set up 301 redirects, keep titles and headings for pages that already rank, and watch Search Console daily for the first two weeks after go-live.
Why do React and single-page websites struggle with SEO?
A single-page app sends an almost empty HTML page and builds the content with JavaScript in the browser. Google can render JavaScript, but it's slower and less reliable, and many AI crawlers don't run it at all. Prerendering or server-side rendering fixes this by sending full HTML.
This was exactly the problem with the previous version of this website. We moved it to prerendered pages, so every page now ships its title, meta description, schema and full content in the HTML that crawlers download.
What are the most common technical SEO problems on Nepali websites?
Slow mobile pages from heavy images and themes, JavaScript sites that send empty HTML, duplicate pages with and without www or https, broken internal links, and 'noindex' left on after development.
How often should a technical audit be done?
A full audit once a year, or before and after any redesign or migration, with lighter monthly checks in Search Console for new errors.
By the numbers
How load time raises the chance a mobile visitor leaves
Compared with a 1-second page. Speed is both a ranking signal and a conversion problem.

Technical SEO: frequently asked questions
What is technical SEO?
Making sure search engines can crawl, render, index and understand your site: speed, structure, code, sitemaps and schema.
How much does an SEO audit cost in Nepal?
Our quick audit is NPR 15,000, a full audit with fixes NPR 35,000, and enterprise audits start at NPR 60,000.
Do you fix the issues or just report them?
Both. We have in-house developers who can implement fixes on most platforms.
Are React and other JavaScript sites bad for SEO?
Not if they're server-rendered or prerendered. Client-only rendering is the problem.
What are Core Web Vitals?
Google's metrics for loading (LCP), responsiveness (INP) and visual stability (CLS).
Will a redesign hurt my rankings?
It can, if URLs change without redirects. We map every old URL to a new one before launch.
