The challenge
Patients were calling the front desk for basic questions: which doctor is in on which day, which tests the lab runs, how to reach emergency. The hospital needed a site that answers those questions before the phone rings, works on cheap Android phones, and lets staff update doctor schedules without a developer.
What we did
- 1
Mapped the questions patients ask the front desk and turned each one into a page or a section.
- 2
Designed department and doctor pages first, since those are what patients search for on Google.
- 3
Kept every page light enough to load quickly on mobile data, with emergency contact one tap away.
- 4
Set up a content workflow so the hospital team can update doctors, notices and services themselves.
