How to use this checklist
Go through it with your website open on your phone and Google Search Console in another tab. If you're not sure about an item, leave it unticked; it's better to check than to guess.
Local items carry the most weight because, for most Nepali businesses, Google Maps brings more calls than the website itself. Technical items matter next: a site Google can't crawl or that's slow on mobile data won't rank however good the content is.

Questions about this tool
How is the SEO score calculated?
Each item has a weight based on how much it usually affects rankings and enquiries for small businesses. Your score is the share of total weight you've ticked.
Is a score of 100 enough to rank first?
No. It means the foundations are in place. Rankings then depend on competition, content quality and links compared with other sites.
How do I check if my pages are indexed?
In Google Search Console, open the Pages report. It lists indexed pages and explains why others aren't.
What should I fix first?
Usually Google Business Profile, a separate page for each service, and Search Console. The tool lists your top three based on what's unticked.
