Is there an ideal keyword density?
No. Google has said for years that there's no magic percentage. What matters is that the page clearly answers the search, uses the main keyword in the title, H1 and early in the text, and covers related terms people expect to see. Repeating the same phrase over and over reads badly and can look like keyword stuffing.
Use this tool as a sense-check: if your keyword is missing, add it; if it's above about 3% of the words, rewrite with natural variations. Then check the top phrases list: those are the topics Google will think your page is about.
| Place | Should the keyword be there? |
|---|---|
| Title tag | Yes, near the start |
| H1 heading | Yes, or a close variation |
| First 100 words | Yes, naturally |
| Subheadings (H2) | Some of them, with variations |
| Image alt text | Only where it describes the image |
| URL | Yes, short and readable |

Questions about this tool
What keyword density is good for SEO?
There's no fixed number. In practice, a main keyword usually ends up around 0.5–2% of the words when the text is written naturally. Above 3% often reads as stuffed.
Does this tool work with Nepali text?
Yes. It counts Devanagari words and phrases too. Common Nepali and English filler words are ignored in the top-words list.
Why are some words missing from the top list?
Common words like 'the', 'and', 'for', 'छ' and 'मा' are filtered out so you can see the meaningful terms.
Is my text stored anywhere?
No. Everything runs in your browser; nothing is sent to our server.
